Event Hall Rental
Transfiguration Catholic Community has 2 halls available for rent, the Upper Hall and Lower Hall. No rentals later than 12:00am. Maximum occupancy 225. Both halls require a $100 security deposit. Security deposit refunded 24 hours after the event as long as there were no damages and contract was no breached. Payments in full required 7 days prior to event.
Upper Hall: $1000.00 plus $100 security deposit and $110.00 Archdiocesan insurance, totaling $1210.00.
Includes: 2.5 hours for set up, 4 hours for event, and 1 hour for clean up.
Lower Hall: $500.00 plus $100.00 security deposit and $110.00 Archdiocesan insurance, totaling $710.00.
Includes: 2 hour for set up, 4 hours for event, and 1 hour for clean up.
Repass: 6 hours total. Includes set up, event, and clean up.
Upper Hall – $500.00 plus $100.00 security deposit
Lower Hall – $400.00 plus $100.00 security deposit
